ICGE - PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Welcome to the submission guidelines for the Internation Conference on Gender Equality. We invite scholars, practitioners, and researchers to contribute their work that advances the field of women’s studies. Please follow these guidelines carefully to ensure your paper meets the requirements for review and consideration for presentation at the conference.

Your paper should include the following sections:

1	Title Page	Title, author(s) name(s), affiliation(s), email address(es), and phone number(s).
2	Abstract	250 to 300 words, summarizing the paper’s purpose, methodology, results, and implications.
3	Keywords	3 to 5 keywords.
4	Introduction	Background and the study’s objectives.
5	Literature Review	Relevant theoretical and empirical background.
6	Methodology	Description of the research design, data collection, and analysis methods.
7	Results	Findings of the study.
8	Discussion	Interpretation of the results, implications for practice and/or theory, and potential limitations.
9	Conclusion	Summary of findings, implications, and suggestions for future research.
10	References	Follow the APA (American Psychological Association) 7th edition formatting.

Figures and Tables

Place figures and tables as close to their first mention in the text as possible.
Label all figures and tables clearly with descriptive titles.

Submission Process

1	Registration	Authors must register on the ICGE submission portal.
2	Abstract Submission	Submit your abstract by the specified deadline.
3	Full Paper Submission	Upon abstract acceptance, submit your full paper following the guidelines provided.
4	Review Process	Papers will undergo a double-blind peer review.
5	Notification of Acceptance	Authors will be notified of acceptance and may receive suggestions for revisions.
6	Final Submission	Submit the revised paper by the final submission deadline.

Presentation Guidelines

Accepted papers will be presented in either oral or poster format, as determined by the review committee. Detailed presentation guidelines will be provided with the acceptance notification.

Language: English

All submissions must be in English. Authors should ensure their manuscript is written in clear, grammatically correct English, suitable for an international audience. To facilitate this, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Clarity: Write in simple, direct language for an international audience. Use active voice and logical flow.
Technical Terms: While the use of technical terms is often necessary, define terms that may not be familiar to all readers the first time they are used. Avoid unnecessary jargon and acronyms, or clearly explain them if they are essential to your paper.
Grammar: Use American or British spelling consistently but not a combination of the two. Proofread for grammar and spelling errors.
Inclusivity: Use inclusive, bias-free language. Prefer gender-neutral pronouns where applicable.
Editing: Non-native speakers are encouraged to use professional editing services to ensure language quality.
Consistency: Maintain consistent terminology, spelling, and formatting throughout your paper.
References: Follow the specified style guide (APA, MLA, etc.) for citations and references.

Note: The quality of English impacts the review process. Ensuring your paper is well-written enhances its likelihood of acceptance.
