All abstracts, full papers, reports, and posters accepted after the peer review process will be published in the ICGE Conference Proceedings, in partnership with Elsevier, a leading global publisher of scientific, technical, and medical research. This collaboration ensures that accepted submissions are widely accessible to the international academic community.
The Conference upholds rigorous standards of academic integrity, utilizing Crossref Similarity Check powered by iThenticate to screen all submissions for originality. Each submission is carefully reviewed for originality before being forwarded to the Scientific Committee for evaluation. Any submission found to contain plagiarism will be immediately disqualified.
ISBN for Abstract Book
All accepted and registered abstracts for the ICGE 2025 will be published in the official Conference Abstract Book, each with an assigned ISBN number.
The Abstract Book will be made available to participants on the day of the conference.

The Organizing Committee of the conference collaborates with internationally indexed journals from renowned publishers, such as Elsevier. Participants will receive guidance and support in submitting their papers for consideration in either the regular issues or special issues of these journals.
Important Notice: The inclusion of any paper in a journal publication is solely at the discretion of the respective journal’s editorial board and depends on the outcome of the double-blind peer review process as well as the successful completion of all required revisions.
Selected papers from the conference will be invited for publication as a book chapter in collaboration with a renowned publishing partner of the conference.
