All virtually presented papers will be eligible for publication in the Conference Proceedings with a DOI and ISSN.

Just like in-person sessions, the success of your virtual presentation starts with preparation. Submit your abstract via our online submission form, receive feedback, and once accepted, complete your registration to secure your presentation slot. Detailed guidelines for full paper submission will be provided in the weeks following the conference.
Can’t attend in person? Present your paper virtually and have it published in the conference proceedings. Submit your abstract, complete registration, and receive all conference materials by email after the event.
Virtual Presentations
Virtual presentations offer an excellent way to share your research and engage with the audience when you cannot attend the conference in person. Using our online platform, you can present live with a split-screen view—one side showing you, and the other displaying your slides.
To ensure a smooth experience, please:
Log in and be ready 15 minutes before your session.
Use a stable, high-speed internet connection.
Test your microphone and camera in advance.
Check that your slides work seamlessly on a Windows operating system.
Present in a quiet, distraction-free space with a plain background.
With the right preparation, your virtual session can be just as impactful as being in the room.
